Salary $800 - $1,095 per week

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of various events and activities.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.

Manage event registration and participant communication.

Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring they are clean and organized.

Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and social media content.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in event planning or support is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
