Stein Eriksen Lodge: an authentic European lodge nestled mid‑mountain at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the Lodge is a premiere year‑round destination.
Position Summary Performs a wide range of culinary techniques to consistently execute menu specifications as designed by the Executive Chef. Produces Me en Place for all outlets the kitchen places in service. Preparing food to the specifications that the customer/Executive Chef has requested. You will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for the guests.
Essential Functions
Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
Maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
Label and date products produced on a daily basis
Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
Other Responsibilities
Perform work related duties as assigned
Participate in department meetings
Education, Experience, and Skills Required Six months – One year in Foods Industry in comparable role
Professional appearance
Food handler’s permit or sanitation certificate
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
