Qualifications and Responsibilities
Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
Demonstrate self‑motivation and a "One Team" mentality, working independently and collaboratively with key partners.
Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E‑worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Possess sales experience.
Maintain an active state real estate license if required in your state of residence.
Reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
Technology Requirements This role requires proficiency in technology and a comfortable virtual, performance‑driven environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and proprietary programs, and must be able to:
Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions.
Maintain a clean and organized on‑camera background.
Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations.
Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded for onboarding and training purposes.
