We are a fiduciary-focused firm specializing in retirement, financial, and wealth management for the mass affluent. Our growth is driven by a powerful, proactive marketing engine that generates a consistent stream of qualified, interested prospects.
This is not a prospecting role. This is a closer's role.
We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Financial Advisor whose primary motivation is converting prospects into clients. This position is structured to remove the two most significant burdens from a traditional advisory practice: prospecting and administration.

The Value Proposition

You will be provided with a full calendar of qualified, high-intent prospects who have actively requested our services. Your focus is conversion, not lead generation.
Comprehensive Internal Support
We employ dedicated internal teams to manage the majority of data entry, paraplanning, scheduling, phone calls, and administrative paperwork. This allows you to focus exclusively on what you do best: building relationships and closing business.
Substantial Compensation
We offer a highly competitive and stable compensation structure, including a substantial guaranteed base salary during your transition period, plus a robust incentive plan designed to reward high-performers.
What You Will Do
Conduct Client-Facing Meetings
Meet with firm-provided prospects and existing clients to identify their retirement objectives, financial needs, and risk tolerance.
Develop & Present Financial Plans
Build and articulate comprehensive financial plans utilizing our tailored solutions in managed money and fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs).
Convert Prospects to Clients
Guide prospects through an educational, solutions-oriented process, demonstrating the value of our fiduciary advice and converting them into long-term clients.
Serve as the Relationship Lead
Act as the primary financial advisor for your clients, coordinating with internal operational teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience.
Required Qualifications
Active Life Insurance License
Client-Facing Experience
Prior experience in a financial advisory, retirement planning, or wealth management role with direct client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven Sales Acumen
A demonstrated track record of successfully converting prospects into clients in a financial planning context.
Product Expertise
Direct experience with fee-based managed money solutions and fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs).
Elite Communication Skills
A natural ability to build immediate trust and rapport with retirement-aged and mass affluent individuals.
