Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience
Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients according to their preferences
Ensure all client needs have been met during service, in person, over the phone or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
Other duties as assigned
Additional Experience
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
Previous customer service experience
Ability to multi‑task
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Computer proficiency, able to use Microsoft Office
