What you’ll Do We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and experienced
Senior Director – Enablement & Training
to lead our Enablement function. In this
player/coach
role, you will lead a growing team responsible for
enabling commercial teams
– including Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success – through high-impact programs that drive performance, product fluency, process alignment, and scalability. You’ll partner with
executive leadership
to shape the future of our GTM effectiveness, from onboarding and continuous learning to sales methodologies, content delivery, and process optimization.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing
Enablement & Training team
Develop and execute the
strategic vision
for enablement and training, aligned with business objectives
Build and evolve scalable, data-driven enablement programs
for onboarding, continuous learning, product training, and performance improvement
Partner with
Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
teams to ensure content, messaging, and processes are aligned and adopted across the commercial organization
Define and own success metrics for enablement impact, productivity, and readiness; drive insights through tools like
Gong ,
Highspot , and
Hubspot
Standardize and document repeatable
best practices
Drive
change management initiatives
that support the adoption of new tools, processes, and strategic direction across the GTM organization
Champion a
culture
of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in Enablement , Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Learning & Development
Deep expertise in designing and delivering
enablement programs
in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment – experience in
AdTech/MarTech and/or Healthcare/Pharma
is highly preferred
Proven track record of
leading and scaling teams ,
building global programs , and influencing C-level stakeholders
Strong project management and
change management
skills (e.g., ADKAR methodology)
Data-driven mindset
with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights
Exceptional
communication and collaboration skills ; able to work cross-functionally and build alignment across distributed teams
Hands‑on
experience with tools like
Gong ,
Highspot ,
Hubspot , or similar
Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high sense of ownership
