Overview Join our team supporting advanced military aircraft systems. As a Support Engineering Data Specialist, you'll analyze engineering, reliability, and logistics data to develop and maintain technical support solutions for avionics and electronic warfare systems. Your work will directly impact aircraft readiness, maintenance planning, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze engineering, reliability, maintainability, and supply chain data to develop support strategies
Create provisioning and spares solutions, maintenance tasks, inspection procedures, and technical documentation
Evaluate aircraft and fleet performance to establish maintenance concepts and support requirements
Identify logistics support candidates and produce logistics support analysis records and reports
Determine spares provisioning needs, including stocking levels and replacement part recommendations
Author and maintain technical publications for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems
Support the development of system support data and assist in evaluating supportability for subsystems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product supportability meets customer and contract requirements
Basic Qualifications
Experience supporting defense platforms, preferably fighter aircraft
Hands‑on maintenance experience with avionics systems (minimum 3 years)
Expertise in Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems (must‑have)
Proficiency with IT tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Communications and Navigation Systems
Familiarity with Electrical, Weapons, and Integration Systems
Background in technical publication authoring

For Level 1 and 2 roles in SPEEA‑represented locations, this position is subject to collective bargaining agreement terms.
