Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to come on board!
In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and brings a proactive, results-driven approach to recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and organizational priorities.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role expectations.
Maintain and track candidate pipelines and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing efforts to attract top talent.
Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with all employment laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or staffing environments.
Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for mid- to senior-level roles.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
