About the Role As an HR Recruiter within the wholesale trade industry, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. Your efforts will directly impact the organization’s ability to maintain a competitive workforce by managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to various roles. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates through multiple channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to fill positions efficiently while enhancing the candidate experience and supporting the company’s long‑term talent objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the wholesale trade or related industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
Experience using advanced sourcing tools and social media recruiting techniques.
Familiarity with workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles including technical and operational positions.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
Manage candidate communication and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics and progress.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Assist with onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
