As we scale, we’re seeking a driven DM Setter Manager to lead and optimize our team of remote setters generating qualified appointments for our sales closers.
Role Overview You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling our team of appointment setters who engage leads via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other messaging platforms. Your mission: ensure your team hits daily KPIs for outreach, conversations, and booked calls – while maintaining high quality and conversion rates.
This is a leadership role for someone with hands‑on experience in DM outreach, CRM tracking, and team coaching – not just management theory.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of performance‑based DM setters
Monitor daily metrics (messages sent, responses, booked calls, show‑up rate, etc.)
Implement SOPs, scripts, and objection‑handling frameworks to maximize results
Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and live coaching sessions
Audit message quality and lead qualification
Coordinate with Sales Closers and Marketing to ensure pipeline efficiency
Report on team performance and drive continuous optimization
Requirements
Proven experience leading a team of DM setters (preferably in coaching, consulting, or high‑ticket sales)
Deep understanding of DM appointment‑setting strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel, Manychat, or Close.io
Strong data tracking and reporting mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Availability for daily communication and oversight
Entrepreneurial drive – thrives in a performance‑based environment
Compensation Structure
Base pay + Commission / revenue share as team scales
Commission per qualified call booked by team
Override on team performance (percentage of total commissions generated)
Bonuses for hitting key team milestones (e.g., 100+ booked calls/month)
