Risk Manager Responsibilities
Support the design, build and execution of industry leading first line of defense/second line of defense compliance management
Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business strategies and operational plans
Define and track key metrics and performance indicators that align cross functional execution of program deliverables
Adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities, working in ambiguous environments
Influence and support innovation of technology, as well as adoption of technical solutions, that improves our processes (efficiency, speed, and reduction of manual efforts)
Manage relationships both internal and external to Meta People organization
Be a collaborative team member with a bias to action
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in investigations, data analytics or technical systems roles
Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem‑solving experience, and attention to detail
Basic proficiency in SQL
Experience working with complex data sets and aptitude for analysis using data skills
Risk management or Compliance expertise
Working knowledge or willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably 2nd line of defense risk management or internal audit experience within a Tech company
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python, R)
