Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm (full‑time)

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition, providing the foundation of a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Scrape, rinse, wash and sanitize dirty dishes, pots, pans and trays using hand or equipment, ensuring complete cleanliness.

Polish silverware with burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels or hand cloth, maintaining sanitation.

Adhere to safety procedures and keep temperature and chemical levels within standards.

Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.

Sweep and mop kitchen floors and wash all surfaces (tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks).

Remove trash, clean garbage containers and transfer supplies between storage and work areas.

Assist loading and unloading of supplies and products.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous dishwashing experience preferred.

Ability to perform tasks described; ability to work an 8‑hour full‑time shift.

Understanding of food safety procedures.
