What would you do as a Math Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach?
Observe and evaluate classroom instruction
Provide constructive feedback to teachers
Facilitate professional development workshops to enhance instructional practices
Collaborate closely with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Implement effective strategies that cater to the unique needs of students
Participate actively in team meetings to foster teamwork and accountability
Analyze student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions
Address specific challenges faced by teachers and students, promoting a customer‑centric approach
Are you the Math Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach in Texas we're looking for?
Deep understanding of special education laws to ensure compliance and best practices
Ability to analyze data to assess student needs and successes, guiding evidence‑based instructional decisions
Strong problem‑solving skills and innovative mindset to tackle challenges creatively
Commitment to accountability and integrity to ensure all students receive the support they deserve
Background Checks and Compliance All consultants engaged with our organization will undergo comprehensive background checks as a standard requirement of their role. Additionally, consultants must comply with any specific background screening procedures or requirements mandated by the state(s) in which they will be providing services, which may include fingerprinting, child abuse registry checks, or other state‑recommended verifications.
