to join their growing team in the St Paul, Minnesota area. This role is ideal for competitive hunters who thrive in consultative, B2B sales environments and want to sell solutions directly to C-suite executives and HR leaders.

Field-Based Outside Sales Role with Territory Autonomy
OTE $140K–$150K+ Year 1
(Uncapped Commission Potential – Top Reps $400K+)

2+ Years of B2B Outside Sales Experience (SaaS / HCM preferred)
Strong Hunter Mentality with Documented Quota Achievement (Brag Book required)
Proven Ability to Sell Complex Solutions to Mid/Major-Market Clients (CFOs, CEOs, HR Directors)
Excellent Presentation, Networking, and Consultative Selling Skills
