Client Service Specialist

At Frazier Wealth Strategies in Plano, TX we help retirees and pre-retirees build confidence in their financial future. We're looking for a Client Service Specialist who's sharp, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment where accuracy and service both matter.
This isn't a "quiet support" role - it's for someone who enjoys momentum, juggling multiple priorities, and being the reliable backbone of the team.
Minimum Requirements :
Experience in the financial or insurance industry is required.
2+ years supporting a financial advisor or similar office role preferred.
Comfortable using and learning new software.
CRM experience - Wealthbox a plus.
Ability to obtain a TX Life & Health License within 3 months of employment.

What You’ll Do You’ll be at the center of our client experience - keeping things organized, moving, and done right the first time.
Handle client service requests like withdrawals, beneficiary updates, and account changes quickly and accurately.
Take incoming client calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Prepare client meeting summaries, reports, and materials ahead of every review.
Process new business applications, follow up on pending items, and keep clients informed through each step.
Maintain clean and accurate data in our CRM (Wealthbox).
Support advisor licensing renewals, paperwork, and event logistics.
Anticipate what needs to be done next - and make it happen without waiting to be asked.
Hours :
In office : Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary :
Starting at $55k (based on experience)
