At the heart of our operations lies Travelvety , our custom-built ERP and travel management system, developed in the OutSystems low-code platform . Travelvety connects every part of our business, from internal sales tools to customer-facing products like My Portal

and the TravelEssence App , as well as Supplier Dashboards

for our partners. As our Senior Product Owner , you’ll be the right hand of our IT Director and company co-owner , who is increasingly focusing on long-term vision and strategy. You’ll take charge of the day-to-day management of our 14-person development and QA team , ensuring every sprint delivers business value and technical excellence. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just lead, but truly understands and builds . You’ll think strategically and help define and support the company’s vision , while being hands‑on enough to design new modules from scratch , based on stakeholder input, commercial priorities, and inspiration from the market. You combine a commercial mindset

with strong analytical skills: you understand how technology supports sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You demand nothing less than the best UX/UI

for both internal and external users, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive, efficient, and delightful. You’ll work with the team and business from idea to operation , doing whatever is needed to make the business work effectively. You understand how our company runs on a day-to-day basis and can translate operational challenges into digital solutions that truly support and strengthen the business. What You’ll Do

Based on input from stakeholders , you’ll work closely with the IT Director

to define and manage the roadmap

for Travelvety

and its connected platforms ( My Portal , TravelEssence App , and Supplier Dashboards )

Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements

for the development team Collaborate daily with stakeholders , understanding their goals, challenges, and perspectives, and balance them with company priorities Ensure consistent alignment between business strategy and

technical execution Prioritize features based on value, effort, and commercial impact, and communicate decisions clearly Own the product backlog and ensure clarity and focus for the development and QA teams Work closely with both business and technical teams from concept through go‑live and beyond Monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, and uphold quality standards Drive exceptional UX/UI quality

across all internal and external‑facing applications Support sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release coordination Be the analytical mind that questions assumptions, challenges gaps, and drives data‑informed decisions Contribute to shaping the product vision and long‑term system architecture

alongside the IT Director What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience

as a Product Owner, ideally in complex administrative or ERP‑style ecosystems Proven experience with customer portals, supplier dashboards , or similar sales or CRM‑driven platforms Strong commercial mindset

with a deep understanding of how systems drive sales and service quality Passion for UX/UI excellence , ensuring every feature feels seamless and purposeful Knows from a business point of view what it takes to get API integrations with external partners

from idea to full operation Highly analytical and structured , able to turn complexity into clarity Excellent stakeholder management, empathetic, curious, yet determined and decisive Experience with Agile methodologies ; Agile Product Owner certification

is a plus Familiarity with OutSystems or other low‑code platforms

is a strong advantage Fluent in English

(Dutch is a plus) Living within a 45‑minute commute of our Zeist office
