Take full ownership of the finalized test strategy and plan for the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration across multiple workstreams. Drive execution, coordination, and continuous enhancement of the test plan to ensure regulatory compliance and successful US-HP market implementation.

Your role

Serve as the single point of accountability for end‑to‑end execution of the finalized test strategy and plan.

Continuously enhance and adapt the test plan as project needs evolve.

Ensure all test phases, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables are met on schedule.

Operational Leadership

Coordinate and lead all testing activities across business, application, interface, and US IT workstreams.

Facilitate defect triage with development teams.

Manage test execution logistics (access, timing, resources).

Oversee daily test execution, progress tracking, and rapid resolution of bottlenecks.

Manage resource allocation and scheduling to support parallel and sequential testing activities.

Identify opportunities to optimise test processes and documentation.

Implement improvements to test case frameworks, traceability, and defect management.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Act as the primary liaison between testing teams, project leadership, and business stakeholders.

Communicate progress, risks, resource needs, and timeline impacts proactively.

Facilitate go/no‑go technical readiness assessments and support phase‑gate decisions.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all testing activities and documentation meet GxP and regulatory standards as needed.

Coordinate with validation and quality teams to maintain audit readiness.

Your skills and experience

Demonstrated experience owning and executing complex test strategies.

Experience with enterprise CRM migrations (Veeva experience preferred).

Strong leadership in cross‑functional team coordination and project delivery.

Strong technical background in system integration testing.

Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences testing experience with GxP requirements is a big plus.

Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in testing processes and outcomes.
