Project description: We are looking for a
Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic project focused on the implementation of
legal electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing)
and system migration within the
SAP ecosystem .
The role includes full responsibility for
project planning, coordination, delivery, and reporting
in an international environment, in close collaboration with
business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors .
Main responsibilities:
Lead IT projects related to
e-Invoicing
and
SAP system migration
Manage
scope, budget, schedule , and ensure regular
progress reporting
Develop and oversee the
project plan , milestones, and
work breakdown structure (WBS)
Ensure
project quality, compliance, and audit readiness
Coordinate the work of
project teams and external vendors
Maintain
active communication
with business and IT stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and mitigate
project risks and dependencies
Provide
project status reports and updates
(using tools such as Planview, Teams, or other PM platforms).
