As a

Product Test Engineer

at Elevate Semiconductor, you will own the test hardware, equipment, and programs that support our high-performance analog and mixed-signal IC production. You will ensure quality, reliability, and efficiency by maintaining test systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvement across production operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems that blend hardware, software, and process in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, debug, and maintain automated test programs for analog and mixed-signal ICs.

Perform board-level diagnostics and instrumentation work to keep production systems healthy.

Partner with design, operations, and failure-analysis teams to identify root causes and improve yield.

Create and maintain documentation for test results, data analysis, and hardware improvements.

Support correlation, GR&R, and test time reduction initiatives.

Continuously improve test efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

2 + years of experience in product test, ATE, or hardware test development.

Familiarity with ATE platforms (Teradyne UltraFlex, Nextest, Advantest 93K) and associated software environments such as IGXL or C/VB-based frameworks.

Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (C, C++, VB, Python, etc.).

Comfortable using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and soldering tools for debug.

Analytical mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00-$115,000.00. The final compensation will depend on your experience, skill set, and how well you're able to highlight your background throughout the interview process.
