Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Seattle, WA 98104. This is a 3+ month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

$25-29/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience. Schedule:
4x10/ Mon - Fri (4 days/wk.)
(day off on Wednesday or Thursday to be determined after start) Training: First two weeks will be 5/8 for training consistency.
Job Responsibilities: Room pediatric patients, obtain and document accurate vitals, height, weight, and medical history Manage provider Inbasket communications including messages, refill requests, and test result follow-ups Handle paperwork management, including forms, referrals, and patient records Administer immunizations and assist with vaccine preparation and documentation Perform CLIA-waived testing such as rapid strep, flu, and urinalysis as ordered Conduct basic instrument cleaning and processing following infection control standards Support providers during exams and procedures as needed Maintain exam room cleanliness and ensure proper stock of medical supplies
Qualifications: Highschool/GED or equivalent. Current, Washington State Medical Assistant Certification.
