Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion / Talent Management Specialist Location: Ewing, New Jersey Type: Contract Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in the office) Pay: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Contract Length: 6 months (starting in December, potential to go full-time) What This Job Is About This job is all about helping everyone at the company feel included, respected, and supported. You’ll work on programs that celebrate diversity, make the workplace fair and welcoming, and help employees grow in their careers. You’ll also help with organizing projects, tracking progress, and making sure company programs run smoothly. Who We’re Looking For Someone with a Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience helping with workplace programs, employee engagement, or organizational change. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices, cultural awareness, and relevant workplace rules. Comfortable working with data and reports to see how programs are performing and suggest improvements. Strong data analytics. Ability to build organized, sensible regular reporting dashboards as well as ad-hoc analyses uncovering insights and that lead to action and guide strategy and goal setting. Organized, able to manage multiple projects at once, and good at working with different teams. Experience with HR software like Workday is a plus. Extra certifications in diversity or inclusion (like DISC facilitation) are helpful. Good at using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience helping lead employee groups or clubs is a bonus. What You’ll Do Help put the company’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging plans into action. Support employee groups (called Employee Resource Groups - ERGs) by helping organize meetings, roles, and activities. Help these groups grow and make a real difference in the company. Keep up with new research and best practices about diversity and inclusion in the industry and suggest ideas for improvement. Help write and share internal communications about diversity and inclusion programs. Make sure the company follows all rules and laws related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Collect, analyze, and share data about employees and programs to help Talent Management track success.
