Base pay range

$122,982.00/yr - $153,727.00/yr

Position Responsibilities

• The Production Manager will lead, manage, and hire employees to ensure the safe and high-quality production of products for the customer.
• As a Production Manager, you will lead daily, weekly, and/or monthly review processes to track and reinforce progress against action plans.
• You will be responsible for the development of a maintenance-centered organizational structure that focuses on equipment uptime and operator feedback to maximize a coordinated, involved team approach to manufacturing.
• You will actively utilize Lean tools to eliminate waste and implement process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
• Additionally, you will work on building highly effective production teams through team building, establishing a clear communication cadence, and providing ongoing coaching.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of management experience.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Master’s Degree
