Location

4900 DuBois, PA. Other Potential Locations: State College, PA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (pallet jack, hand‑truck).
• Utilize hand tools, replenish, face, and rotate product.
• Build, change, and takedown product displays and maintain signage.
• Clean product space and secure damaged or defective product.
• Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating backstock.
• Identify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels; evaluate and process damaged or defective product; re‑pack product.
• Follow company policies for safety, equipment, and backroom.
• Provide customer service by identifying and resolving concerns.
• Operate a motor vehicle and utilize a mobile device for work activities.

Physical Requirements

• Push and pull objects up to 50 lb; kneel, squat, reach above head, waist, below knees, bend at knees.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment up to 100 yards.
• Manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
• Stand minimum 6 hours; walk 4 miles during the workday.
• Read small, medium, large print.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
• Preferred: 1‑year experience working in replenishment or as Merchandiser; experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing; physically demanding fields; manual or powered pallet jacks; certification for straddle stacker or powered pallet jack; independent work; college coursework in business, marketing, communication or related area.
