ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Recruiter at Nooks, you will join our growing Talent team to help attract, assess, and hire exceptional cleared and technical talent across multiple departments. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver an efficient, consistent, and compliant hiring process.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is passionate about process improvement, and enjoys building meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting across technical, cleared, and corporate roles including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre‑onboarding handoff.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market trend insights, and develop diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑caliber talent across multiple disciplines and clearance levels.
  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation in Greenhouse, ensuring alignment with Nooks’ structured interview process and competency‑based evaluation.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic talent initiatives, including interview training, process documentation, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making by tracking recruiting metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience built on transparency, responsiveness, and respect.

THE SKILLSET

  • 5‑8 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high‑growth, technical, or security‑cleared environments.
  • Proven ability to consult with and influence senior leaders while managing multiple complex searches.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (or similar ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commitment to fair, compliant, and structured hiring practices.
  • Experience supporting hiring for multiple departments and role types a plus.

ELIGIBILITY+CLEARANCE

You must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Salary Range for all departments

$104,000 - $120,000 USD
