Senior Recruiter - Seattle

S Piper Staffing is hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter for a top client in Seattle!

Type: Contract / Hybrid

Location: Seattle, WA

Hourly/Contract Rate: $30 - $42/hour (based on relevant experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment process, including interview and feedback.
  • Recruit for a mix of roles, including some tech roles.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates using creative recruiting tools.
  • Stay relevant on industry trends and new developments.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive interview experience from first contact through to onboarding.
  • Constantly maintain excellent communication on recruiting effort status with the Talent team.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting process which includes building job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, organizing interviews, coaching hiring managers, making offers, and negotiating salaries to ensure a quality candidate experience.
  • Comfortable working in Applicant Tracking System UKG and managing requisitions in the tool.
  • Partners and collaborates with the full HR team to ensure alignment between recruiting, communications, talent development, compensation, and our HR business partners.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to recruiting and onboarding of employees to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Successful track record in recruiting and filling assigned roles at various levels within the company.
  • Professional and creative communication skills.
  • Must have experience working on a mix of roles, including some tech roles.
  • Must be familiar with proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Collaborative approach and team-player attitude.
  • Works well with ambiguity and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and partnering skills.
  • Broad range of recruiting experience across multiple functions and levels, including but not limited to Technology, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Proven record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
  • ATS experience tracking and managing candidates.
  • Metrics-driven with experience building reporting and/or dashboards.
