We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join a fast‑paced, high‑energy fashion team in West Hollywood! This is a 3–4 week freelance role with potential to extend. Perfect for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and ready to jump in and support across all areas of production.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the production team with WIP tracking & timelines
• Coordinate lab dips, samples & approvals (Fit ? TOP)
• Manage communication with factories & cross‑functional teams
• Support data entry in PLM / Full Circle
• Organize & ship samples at season’s end

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of apparel production experience
• Strong Excel & organizational skills
• Great communication and follow‑through
• Team‑player attitude ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
