is searching for a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Boise, Idaho. You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across all ages, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Pay Range : This range is provided by Fusion Medical Staffing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations. Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC). Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology. Speech Language Pathology experience (new grads welcome). Other certifications or licenses may be required. Essential Work Functions
Use standardized assessments and clinical observation to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and patient goals. Continuously assess patient progress, adjust plans, and maintain detailed documentation in EMR. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and swallow safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain a safe treatment environment by following infection control and safety protocols. Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development. Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice. Required Skills
Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication. Read, write, and communicate in English; follow instructions. Basic computer skills. Physical ability to remain stationary, move equipment, and assist with procedures. Professionalism and positive attitude with various personnel.
