Master's Level Clinician (Seeking LMHC) – Fee For Service Thriveworks is currently seeking individuals pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC in Framingham, MA to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We’re Looking For

Full‑time availability (30 hrs/week – 25+ client visits + 5 hrs administrative time including supervisory meetings)

Behavioral health generalists, open to seeing couples/children with support

Clinicians who value autonomy but enjoy teamwork

Strong character – integrity, openness, commitment to quality care

Reside within 45 minutes of the office; ability to work in‑office during probation and then a 50/50 hybrid model

Flexibility in schedule

Qualifications

Must live and be seeking licensure in Massachusetts

Graduate of a 60‑credit‑hour approved program

Graduate/Post‑graduate experience in counseling treating depression and anxiety (required)

Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM‑5 (preferred)

Compensation Up to $73,700.00 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
