Make a lasting impact. Help children find their voice – in the environments where they thrive most.
Company Description Be a part of a growing pediatric speech therapy company that specializes in individualized care for children. At Intuitive Kids Therapy, we believe in delivering high-quality, play-based speech and language therapy that empowers children to become confident communicators.
Our bilingual team provides therapy in natural environments — homes, schools, and daycares — where therapy feels engaging, effective, and meaningful. You will have the opportunity to work directly with children and families while designing treatment plans, collaborating with a team of supportive professionals, and shaping meaningful progress.
We are a company that values creativity, flexibility, and professional autonomy. Therapists are encouraged to use their clinical expertise to design sessions that best meet each child’s unique needs. We are deeply committed to a child-led, play-based philosophy that supports growth through connection, curiosity, and meaningful interaction.
Role Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our supportive and mission-driven team. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-home and school/daycare-based therapy, with teletherapy opportunities becoming available as our services grow. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time as your caseload expands.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals
Provide direct therapy to children with articulation, phonological, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders
Deliver services in homes, schools, and daycares (with occasional teletherapy as available)
Educate and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills and effective home carryover
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with ASHA and state guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Communicate and collaborate with other professionals, caregivers, and administrators as needed
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or in-home settings
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt therapy methods to the child’s needs
Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply, but it is not a requirement
Why Join Intuitive Kids Therapy?
Therapist-led, supportive, and collaborative work environment
Flexible scheduling and meaningful, relationship-based therapy
Opportunity to gain diverse experience across in-home, school, and daycare settings
