Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) – Urgent Care

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide patient care across a variety of settings. You will work 8 am‑8 pm, 7 days a week, with a schedule created two months in advance and flexible weekend/holiday rotations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive urgent care including suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x‑ray reads, and treating patients of all ages.
Practice autonomously within scope of practice while collaborating with a cohesive, team‑based care model.
Lead and mentor fellow providers, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Adapt to same‑day shift changes and float across multiple clinic locations.
Qualifications
Washington license (active and in good standing) by the time of employment.
DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
Minimum 2 years clinical experience post‑degree in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
