Insurance Defense Attorney – Austin or San Antonio
A well-regarded litigation firm is seeking an experienced
Insurance Defense Attorney
with 2-5 years of experience to join its growing team. This role offers the flexibility of working
fully remote in Austin
or a
hybrid schedule in San Antonio , making it an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking work-life balance without compromising on high-quality litigation work.
Position Highlights:
Manage a docket of 30–35 active cases
with autonomy and support.
Take and defend depositions , handle mediations, and represent clients in hearings.
Trial experience is a plus , though not required.
Collaborative team environment
that values communication, mentorship, and shared success.
Leadership and mentorship opportunities
for attorneys looking to grow within the firm.
Personal Injury
experience will also be considered.
Base salary of
$100,000–$140,000 , plus a
discretionary bonus
and a comprehensive benefits package.
Work beneficial structure includes remote options in Austin and hybrid in San Antonio.
