Things You’ll Do
Own the email calendar and audience management using Asana to prevent overlap and frequency violations.
Develop and enforce email governance frameworks, including SLAs, documentation, and quality assurance protocols.
Implement automated reporting systems using Tableau and API integrations to eliminate manual reporting and provide strategic insights.
Drive adoption of self‑service tools like Knak while maintaining oversight of segmentation and targeting logic.
Manage stakeholder intake processes and expectation setting across requestors to improve communication.
Gather requirements for operational enhancements, new automation capabilities, and tool integrations, then offer training and enablement for adoption.
Collaborate with AI specialists to identify opportunities for process automation.
Lead cross‑functional projects aligning marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of program management experience with a track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple competing requests across diverse teams.
Experience with marketing operations tools (Asana, Tableau, Marketo, or similar); Asana expertise preferred.
Demonstrated success in process optimization and implementing governance frameworks in fast‑paced environments.
Strong analytical skills and experience with automated reporting and performance tracking systems.
AI proficiency and a forward‑thinking mindset to identify automation opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Some email marketing knowledge or willingness to quickly learn fundamentals, deliverability concepts, and segmentation strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
