Optometrist-PT/FT-OD/MD Practice – Pullman, WA (No Weekends) – $10K Sign‑On Bonus
Location: 650 SE Bishop Blvd, Pullman, WA 99163, USA
Overview Eyes On Eyecare is a privately‑owned, community‑focused practice serving the university towns of Moscow, Idaho and Pullman, Washington. With two ophthalmologists and one optometrist on our team, we provide comprehensive eye care that includes primary vision care, medical optometry and surgical co‑management. Our Pullman clinic is equipped with modern technology and serves a welcoming, patient‑centered population.
Position Highlights
Competitive Compensation : Base range $150,000 - $170,000 plus performance‑based bonus linked to collections. $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
Comprehensive Benefits : Approx. $15,600 value including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation, CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, licensure fees, AOA dues and malpractice insurance.
Supportive Environment : Close collaboration with two ophthalmologists and another optometrist, mentorship in ocular disease management and surgical co‑management.
Flexible Schedule : Full‑time (4-5 days/week) preferred; part‑time considered. Standard Monday‑Friday schedule with minimal call responsibilities.
Independence & Growth : Own and develop a clinic within a practice—shaping your professional vision and patient experience.
Diverse Caseload : Full‑scope optometry care including routine eye exams, specialty contact lenses, ocular disease management, and post‑surgical care.
Ideal Candidate
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program (or pending).
Eligible for Idaho and Washington licensure (dual licensing assistance provided).
New graduates or experienced ODs welcomed.
Passion for patient‑centered care and interest in practice growth.
