Job Overview The Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance through implementation of Oracle Fusion’s seamless Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain Enterprise Fusion Suite.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design and project reviews
Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for functions such as:
Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
Assets and Projects
Banking and Settlement
Expenses
Grants
Endowments
Develop and execute unit and system test plans
Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions
Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention and integration
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines
Qualifications
5+ years of experience of ERP Finance implementation experience required
Minimum of two full life cycle implementation with Oracle Fusion Finance
Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion Finance
Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best Practices
Healthcare experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,767-$205,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
