About this position: This Recruiter will be responsible for full life‑cycle recruiting of a variety of type and level of positions (primarily leadership roles from Manager to Director level). The majority of this portfolio is manager positions that could be in any of our clinic locations or business offices in DC, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. This role the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever‑changing environment with a positive attitude about tackling anything that comes along.
Responsibilities: Our emphasis on service excellence (to both hiring managers and candidates), creative sourcing strategies and overall productivity ensure that we are much more than just a recruiting team… we are true business partners consulting with our customers to ensure the perfect match of talent.
We need out‑of‑the‑box thinkers with new, fresh approaches to locating the best and the brightest candidates. Someone with a proactive, creative approach to sourcing, and who has an extreme sense of urgency.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruiting required; healthcare related experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring Manager and above level talent.
Prior experience with Workday Recruiting as an ATS strongly preferred.
Experience is staffing agency/executive search firm preferred.

The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00 – $121,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Non‑exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour. Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year. Washington Non‑exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
