Manage a team of Client Service Associates (CSAs) on the Service Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on emerging affluent and core affluent client segments at UBS. Our office consists of 70+ Client Service Associates and 250+ Financial Advisors who serve ~300,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly ~$18bn.

Ensure your team of Client Service Associates are addressing service requests from our clients and our Financial Advisors in a timely manner.

Execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions, including staffing incoming call queues and monitoring daily SLAs against defined goals.

Deliver ongoing coaching and development to your team through trainings, call listening, and regular feedback sessions.

Work with your Team Leads to prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments.

Onboard and develop new CSAs as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform.

Manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothly.

Salary information

Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000.

The expected salary range for this role as of the date of this posting is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Advice Center’s Service Team managing a portion of our Client Service Associate population. You will play a critical role in leading your team of Client Service Associates tasked with providing excellent service to both our clients and our Financial Advisors while working to proactively coach and develop your team’s overall skillset.

Your expertise Qualifications

Undergraduate degree is required.

SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses are required.

Series 9 and Series 10 are preferred, but must be obtained within 120 days of employment.

A strong track record of success in a similar position managing others with a strong track record of success.
