Global Talent Acquisition Partner | Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Cincinnati, Ohio team! Project Engineers at the Curtiss-Wright Nuclear Division QualTech NP Cincinnati location are responsible for the performance of complex, highly technical projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role within the assigned business segment supporting customer deliverables and will participate on teams to provide guidance to less experienced engineers and technical staff. You will execute projects in conformance with customer specifications and industry standards and interact with customers, suppliers, operations, quality assurance, sales and finance to support both domestic and international products and services.

Salary Information:

Project Engineer: $76,200 – $101,600; Project Engineer, Sr: $86,100 – $114,800

Responsibilities

Review and understand a wide variety of customer purchase orders, technical specifications, and quality assurance requirements and translate that into design, procurement, qualification and testing documents.

Develop test programs to ensure compliance with customer purchasing requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards & regulations; determine design approaches and parameters for testing and qualifying equipment and systems; anticipate and mitigate potential failure modes to improve probability of successful results.

Design and conduct tests, collect data and interpret results, make sound engineering decisions, document analysis and write test reports; draw conclusions and reconcile differences between predicted and actual results.

Provide technical input on the generation of proposals for programs.

Direct and interact with resources within the organization including sales, procurement, engineering, testing and quality assurance.

Efficiently and effectively work towards goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple constraints.

Address and resolve project issues pertaining to project work scope, technical requirements, quality, schedule, resource assignments, cost, customer interface and other project related activities.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience

Excellent organization, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills

Knowledge of basic engineering processes and procedures and experience in a highly regulated industry

Knowledge of Microsoft Office
