Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end configuration, upgrades, and module implementation within Epicor ERP
Manage and enhance Financial, CRM, and Project Management modules
Track and maintain data integrity across all modules
Utilize Epicor Connetic for system integration, data flow, and module connectivity** Mandatory
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions
Coordinate with the existing Epicor Admin (focused on customer setups) to ensure seamless integration and support
Provide documentation, training, and support for users across departments
Travel occasionally to Castle Rock, CO for team collaboration and system alignment
Qualifications
3+ years of Epicor ERP administration experience, including configuration and upgrades
Hands-on experience with Epicor Connetic
Strong expertise in Financial modules, CRM, and Project Management
Proven ability to manage data tracking and reporting within Epicor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to build rapport across teams
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally to Castle Rock, CO
Preferred Traits
Personable, team-oriented, and adaptable—they want another Taylor who is converting
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience working in a multi-admin ERP environment
