Base Pay Range:

Responsibilities At least 3 years experience in Money Movement / Trade Monitoring (AML, Fraud, Surveillance) within Wealth Management financial services. 8+ years overall experience with 3+ years at Architect/Senior Developer level in Neo4j Graph databases. Strong in Neo4j Cypher queries, Graph Data Science & Data Ingestion. Review and recommend Neo4j database & infrastructure configuration for optimal performance and resilience. Query performance tuning using indexing, modelling, and other optimization techniques. Programming in Python for batch data engineering on Apache Spark, populating Neo4j and generating downstream feeds for Data Science use cases. Real‑time service integration to process business events off Kafka and persist in Neo4j. Near real‑time stream processing to derive features for ML model inference. Strong advanced analytics skills to solve complex graph problems using AI & ML. Work in all phases of SDLC – business requirements analysis, data analysis, data architecture/modelling, development, testing, deployment. Strong with SQL to query source databases like SQL Server and Impala.
Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skill. Excellent interpersonal and professional approach. Strong analytical and problem solving. Ability to learn quickly and pickup new techniques and/or technologies. Experience in Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem. Experience working in Agile teams. Experience working in version control systems, Git, and CI/CD. Experience in Bash scripting. Hands‑on experience with at least one job scheduling tool like Autosys (preferred) or Control‑M. Experience in Linux environment and can write Python/Shell scripts.
