Senior Supply Chain Manager Amazon’s dynamic environment seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager with a planning background to shape and optimize operations, focusing on the flow of goods, information, or services within our supply chain network.

In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and more—to identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation. Your impact will focus on network capacity and the physical flow of goods or services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity across Amazon’s business units.

Optimize and manage the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.

Balance supply and demand; assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks, warehouses, and logistics operations.

Analyze data to identify opportunities that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Define metrics, develop program‑management mechanisms, and simplify processes to support decision‑making in complex network capacity situations.

Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, influencing agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.

Manage cross‑functional network capacity initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and lean‑philosophy adherence at scale.

Own a portfolio of cross‑functional programs related to network capacity, driving performance improvement and efficient project delivery.

Identify and deliver operational improvement opportunities in network capacity—inventory management, logistics strategy, and transportation optimization.

Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow of goods or services.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field.

5+ years of program or project management experience.

5+ years of supply chain experience.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements.

Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.

Base pay ranges from $103,900/year to $181,400/year depending on market location. Compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and benefits. This position will remain posted until filled.
