Your Wealth Advisors (formerly Strategic Retirement Solutions) operates a high-powered marketing engine that generates a steady, reliable stream of qualified first appointments with pre-retirees and retirees. We are hiring a single, elite Senior Financial Advisor to step into this existing appointment flow. Your primary objective is not to find clients—it is to close them.
This position is for the advisor who is tired of prospecting and wants to focus 100% of their energy on the planning process: running appointments, building trust, and implementing solutions. If you are a polished, self-sufficient closer, we will fill your calendar.
Opportunity: Your Core Responsibilities
Lead
the complete financial planning process for firm-generated prospects, from initial discovery to plan presentation and implementation.
Convert
qualified appointments into long-term clients by designing and presenting comprehensive retirement income, investment, and risk management strategies.
Implement
AUM and fixed indexed annuity (FIA) solutions, articulating their value and fit within a client's holistic plan.
Master
the client journey from prospect to long-term relationship, managing a high-volume calendar across our Cartersville and Woodstock offices.
Collaborate
with our internal operations team, which handles administrative burdens, freeing you to focus exclusively on client-facing activities.
Drive
revenue and firm growth by consistently moving prospects from interest to action, securing commitments, and closing new business.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
5-10+ years of direct, client-facing financial advisory experience with a clear, verifiable track record of closing new business.
Licensing:
Active Series 65 (or 66) license.
Licensing:
Active Georgia Life & Health insurance license.
Expertise:
Deep knowledge of retirement income planning, Social Security, AUM solutions, and annuities.
Work Ethic:
A self-starting, high-activity discipline with an in-office presence and meticulous CRM habits.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior success in a seminar-based or high-lead-flow environment.
Extensive experience positioning and implementing fixed indexed annuities (FIAs).
