Sales Development Manager

to lead and scale our growing SDR team.

This is a chance to

build something from the ground up

- coaching top SDR talent, refining outbound strategy, and fueling our U.S. sales engine.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to consistently exceed targets

Own pipeline performance and report directly to senior leadership

Drive SDR effectiveness through 1:1 coaching and real-time feedback

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing on lead flow and conversion

Build cadences, messaging, and outbound strategies that scale

Create a culture of curiosity, consistency, and impact

What makes you a great fit

Proven SDR/BDR background with strong results (120%+ target achievement)

Experience mentoring or managing SDRs

Data-driven and confident using insights to improve performance

Strong communicator with empathy and a growth mindset

Thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments
