Responsibilities
Align with corporate vision, annual missions, and fiscal year directions.
Ensure uninterrupted parts supply through effective Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Promote and upsell automotive parts to assigned customers based on market demand.
Facilitate transparent communication to resolve supply chain irregularities and expedite decisions.
Lead recovery actions and ensure shared understanding of SPI factors across the supply chain.
Respond to customer enquiries with value-added services and timely updates on supply disruptions.
Acquire product and industry knowledge to advise on efficient and economical parts supply.
Review and process customer orders and claims accurately and promptly.
Prepare and present SPI reports to assigned customers to support performance tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders on operational improvements and pricing agreements.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics or supply chain; automotive industry experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with logistics terminology and Incoterms.
Willingness to travel regionally 2–3 days per month.
