Supervisor, Team Leader – 2nd Shift Compounding & Gamma Dept.

US – Greenville, SC (Plant)
Shift:
2nd Shift, Monday – Friday 3:30pm – 12:00am
Purpose of Job:
Supervise employees responsible for compounding sterile ophthalmic solutions and sterilizing components.
Key Activities
Manage time and attendance for department employees.
Ensure all process and SOP training is up to date.
Provide supervisory support across 2 shifts, including administering disciplinary actions.
Maintain a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Write investigations and CAPA actions for non‑conformances in Bulk departments.
Write and maintain SOPs and other manufacturing specifications.
Lead people with strong communication and performance management practices.
Qualifications
Prefer experience in an FDA‑regulated industry.
Familiarity with inventory systems – ERP Lx desired.
BS/BA degree preferred.
5 years supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Computer skills – proficient in Excel and Word.
Excellent time management, organization, interpersonal skills.
Forklift certification.
