Biopharma Manufacturing Associate
Location: Novato, CA
Position: Manufacturing Associate
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Range: $25/hr - $29/hr without benefits (pay rate varies based on experience)
Schedule/Hours: Alternating 3x12 and 4x12 hour shifts (Wednesday–Friday/Saturday)
Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Operate and support biomanufacturing processes including cell culture, filtration, chromatography, centrifugation, and protein purification.
Collaborate on process improvements and documentation updates.
Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and quality systems (deviations, CAPAs, change controls, etc.).
Contribute to departmental metrics and cross‑functional projects.
Gain experience with automation and business systems (LIMS, MES, PI, ERP, etc.).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline OR
Associate’s degree / biotech certificate with 2+ years of experience in biotech or regulated manufacturing.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable with physically demanding work and shift‑based operations.
