Job Description The Patient Service Coordinator role manages complex scheduling for the practice and is responsible for providing administrative and office support for patients and providers.
Full time (40 hours per week)
Cardiology - Electrophysiology Specialty
Onsite in Scarborough, ME for the first 6 months, then hybrid flexibility
Day shift (shifts rotate on a week-to-week basis 7:30 AM-4:30 PM and 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Two years of administrative patient service experience.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
