Position Summary The Data Quality Analyst serves as the critical link between operational teams, IT, product management, and the Data & Analytics group. Managing the complete data integrity lifecycle, you will monitor data pipelines across Fiona (data lake), Databricks, Alteryx, and ensure accuracy in Power BI reporting and dashboards. Working closely with the Data Quality Manager, you will support user acceptance testing (UAT), collaborate with stakeholders on end‑to‑end testing, perform data profiling, implement SQL‑based alerting, and resolve data quality issues. Your role also involves supporting commercial and supply‑chain teams with internal audits and Azure AD security groups.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Create and implement data pipeline monitoring using SQL code to enable data quality processes across Commercial and Supply Chain datasets.
Enable end‑to‑end user testing environments for commercial & supply‑chain teams to ensure data integrity before datalake tables or Power BI reports go live.
Partner with Product Management to own, create, and execute use cases for testing master tables and flagging potential data model or source system issues.
Accountable for conducting data quality checks on critical KPIs and remediating data in partnership with the business.
Identify and address gaps within the Commercial & Supply Chain Domain by performing monthly audits to ensure integrity.
Leverage data profiling tools to surface data issues; open tickets or submit enhancement requests to correct source systems.
Serve as the primary contact for submitting incident data issues for Commercial and Supply Chain and tooling issues (Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks).
Conduct root‑cause analysis for data integrity issues and propose solutions to address pipeline problems with IT.
Support the Data Quality Manager by driving cross‑functional teams during the data quality issue lifecycle.
Deep‑dive into third‑party data (e.g., Circana) using Databricks (SQL, Python, PySpark), ADF, and/or Alteryx to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or related fields (or equivalent work experience). MBA or MS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or similar is preferred.
3‑5 years of experience in analytics, product management, or commercial/supply‑chain operations.
Significant experience with analytics, statistics, and structured problem solving.
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation using internal data resources, Microsoft Office, and SQL & Python.
Proven ability to leverage data to positively impact the business and solve complex problems.
Highly collaborative, with experience partnering, influencing, and negotiating across teams.
Strong structured approach to complex questions and hypothesis testing.
Work Schedule & Eligibility Flexible/hybrid schedule: 3 in‑person days at a core location and 2 remote days. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Salary Range ME/NC/PA/SC: $75,040 – $112,560 IL/MA/MD/NY: $86,320 – $129,480
