Key Responsibilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
Ownership for results against Gross Sales, spend efficiency, share
Takes personal accountability and ownership for results, deeply understands consumers, delivers market leading innovation and prioritizes what’s important
Assist customer teams to help maintain accurate planning and spending information in the trade planning system; educate others on importance of trade planner accuracy
Actively participate in the design of feature programs and coordinate with internal teams to optimize resources and strengthen their effectiveness
Utilize retailer data (Market 6, 84.51, etc) paired with Circana data to identify issues and opportunities
Retrieve and analyze customer and consumer data to understand category and/or industry trends
Provide the team with support and guidance on trade tools provided by Lactalis’ central trade planning team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in sales, account management, trade funding, category management or other relevant experience
Successful demonstration of analytical skills using various internal and syndicated data sources (e.g., Market 6, 84.51, Circana, etc)
Must be proficient in software packages (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) & internal systems (Trade Planner/Volume estimating)
Self‑starter with high resiliency, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment
