Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Schedule Weekends required.
Compensation $27 - $31 / hour for a CVT based on skill set and experience. VA supervisor welcome to apply, with ranges offering $20 - $27 / hr.
What You'll Do Whether you are a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) or technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you’ve invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
Interview prospective candidates with appropriate references.
Participate in staff performance reviews.
Provide disciplinary action.
Training, education, and developing of team members.
Schedule the medical team utilizing the practices budget guidelines.
Assign job responsibility to each staff member, directing traffic in hospital, i.e., patient care, treatments, and staff duties daily.
Supervise staff to ensure that each job is being effectively handled.
Employee policy enforcement.
Monitor employee attendance, competence, and effectiveness.
Compassionate patient care
Client education and communication
Full technician skill utilization.
