Network Infrastructure Transactions/Telecom Associate (Mid - Senior Level) Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate (ideally with 5–7 years of experience) to join our growing telecommunications practice. The role is location‑flexible and primarily based in our DC office.

Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating commercial infrastructure agreements—including terrestrial, subsea connectivity, and space‑based services agreements.

Advising clients on licensing for next‑generation satellite and spectrum initiatives or other telecommunications services.

Providing regulatory guidance on complex telecommunications, wireless, space, and submarine cable matters.

Conducting due diligence and structuring commercial arrangements that bridge technology and policy.

Qualifications

Significant commercial contracting and transactional experience, ideally within telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology sectors.

Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage sophisticated agreements; familiarity with telecommunications regulatory frameworks and related due diligence is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits Expected Pay Range:

Washington D.C.: $325,000–$435,000 per year ;

Los Angeles: $280,000–$375,000 ;

New York City: $240,000–$440,000 ;

Sacramento: $285,000–$325,000 ;

San Diego: $240,000–$385,000 .
